The Hi-Point 995TSFG is a 9mm semi-automatic carbine with a 16.5-inch barrel and a 31-inch overall length. It weighs 6.25 pounds and runs a straight-blowback action with an internal recoil buffer. The all-weather molded synthetic stock is skeletonized, and the forward folding grip adds a second handhold when it is opened. The carbine comes with one 10-round magazine.

This carbine suits range shooters and home defense owners who want a light long gun with a 9mm chambering and a compact footprint. The fully adjustable post front and peep rear sights give a clear, repeatable sight picture. Weaver-style rails and a scope base support an optic if you add one. The last-round hold-open shows when the magazine is empty. Buying it means a dealer, Form 4473 and a background check, and state permits or waits where those apply.
